ARROZ CON POLLO 
Cooking time is 45 minutes but well worth the wait. Chicken is baked in a casserole with yellow rice, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, Spanish white wine, and beer.

PAELLA FOR ONE 
PAELLA FOR TWO 
Cooking time is 2-30 minutes, but well worth the wait. This seafood casserole is baked with yellow rice, chicken, pork, Spanish sausage, clam, lobster, shrimp, white fish, crab legs, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, Spanish wine, and olive oil. Garnished with peas and pimentos.

SOL, MAR, Y TIERRA FOR TWO 
Grilled shrimp, filet mignon, and grilled chicken filet made with Cuban mojo.
